SUSANA BALBOA BENAVENTE was born in Ourense, Spain, in 1976 and graduated in Chemistry at the University of Santiago de Compostela in 1999. She is currently doing PhD work on mixed complexes of metals with α‑hydroxycarboxylates and diimines.
