Lines of research
Our research in recent years has included work on the synthesis of ligands and complexes, and investigation of their structures, chemical and physical properties, and possible biological activities. This work fits into the fields of magnetic materials science, bioinorganic chemistry (antineoplastics), synthesis, structural chemistry, crystal engineering, supramolecularstructure (coordination polymer chemistry, self-assembly, and modular chemistry), and metal cluster synthesis.
